 烷基胺醇—氧化銅礦活化劑   Ethylenediamine Phosphate-- Copper Oxide Ore Activating Reagent

    該活化劑對混合銅和氧化銅礦的浮選具有高效活化作用。，外觀呈透明液體，易溶于水，微酸性、不溶雜物小于0.004%。該藥劑只能用于選礦，用量范圍一般在100—500g/t原礦，礦漿酸堿度控制在PH=8-9左右。該活化劑與LF-AT、LF-35T 型捕收劑配用可產生協同效應，達到提高選礦指標和降低藥耗的目的。

    Ethylenediamine phosphate-- copper oxide activating reagent.

This reagent has high activator effect on the flotation of mixed copper and curpic oxide. Formed by Ethylenediamine surfactant, the appearance is light brown yellow liquid, soluble in water, slightly acidic, insoluble impurity less than 0.004%. This reagent can only be used for beneficiation, the dosage range is about 100-300g/t for raw ore (according to the different mineral structure), generally added in one-stage primary grinding ball mill. The acidity and alkalinity of ore processing pulp are controlled around PH=8-9. The mixture of the activator reagent and LF-A,LF-2, LF-28 collector can produce synergistic effect, which can improve the ore processing index and reduce the reagent consumption.

該活化劑特別針對回收率低，高氧化率、高結合率和高含泥率的難選氧化銅礦石，對易選氧化銅礦石選礦指示亦有一定的提高。該藥劑使用方便，無需改變選廠原有生產工藝流程即可使用。浮選過程中具有泡沫層穩定、易于操作等優點。

  This activating reagent especially aims at the refractory copper oxide ore with low recovery rate, high oxidation rate, high binding rate and high mud content, and also improves the mineral processing indication of easily separated copper oxide ore. The reagent is easy to use and can be used without changing the original production process of the separation plant. The flotation process has the advantages of stable foam layer and easy operation.

注：非危險品。該產品無毒、無害、無腐蝕，保質期24個月，產品根據氣候溫差和氣壓變化若有沉淀不影響質量，稍加溫可溶或將沉淀移出用水稀釋使用。
